The short version
QuikUtils.online is a collection of small, single-purpose tools (like Image Toolbox). None of them require an account — we don't ask for your name, email, or any personal details to use them. Files you upload to a tool are processed automatically to do the job you asked for, then deleted — most tools delete everything the moment you close the page or move on to a new file. We don't sell data. We do use Google Analytics and Google AdSense, described below, which involve cookies and data processing by Google.
Files you upload to a tool
- Files are processed on our server only to perform the specific operation that tool offers. They are not viewed by any person, analyzed, or used for any purpose beyond producing the result you asked for.
- Every uploaded file is verified by its actual content, not just its file name.
- Where applicable (e.g. Image Toolbox), metadata such as EXIF/GPS location data is stripped from results automatically.
- Each tool's own page describes exactly when its files are deleted — typically immediately when you upload something new, close the page, or navigate away, with a short automatic safety-net deletion in case that signal is ever missed.
- We do not keep copies, backups, or logs of file contents.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how many people use QuikUtils.online and which tools they use — for example, that an upload or a conversion happened. This does not include the contents of any file you process. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies, and data may be processed by Google outside your country. You can learn more about how Google handles this data at policies.google.com/privacy, and you can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Google AdSense
We use Google AdSense to show ads that help keep these tools free. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can learn more, and control ad personalization, at Google's Ad Center, and read Google's own explanation of how it uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
If you're in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you'll be shown a consent choice the first time you visit, letting you choose whether to allow personalized ads and analytics. You can change your choice at any time — look for the "Privacy choices" link in the site footer.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to processing of your data under laws such as the GDPR (EEA/UK) or CCPA (California). Since we don't collect accounts, names, or emails, there is generally no personal data of yours for us to look up beyond the anonymous analytics described above — for questions about that data specifically, see Google's own privacy controls linked above.
